What are the interior dimensions of each bed?

Manufacturers make their mattresses different sizes. For instance one manufacturer may make a twin 39″x74″ and another may make their twin 39″x75″. We do our best to make sure our beds fit any mattress.

The interior dimensions of our beds are as  follows:

Twin: 39″x75″
Twin XL-39″x80″
Full: 54″x75″
Queen: 60″x80″
King: 76″x80″
Cal King: 72″x84″

Please keep in mind that most mattresses are made with rounded corners and our beds are made with square corners, so your mattress will have a slight gap in the corners due to this.

When will I receive my purchase?

The production time for each order is different and depends on what you have ordered and how many orders we currently have. These are all custom orders and are made to order. We do not have items “in stock”. The typical turn around time for each item is as follows:

Beds: 4-6 weeks
Headboards: 3-4 weeks
Dining Tables: 3-4 weeks
Dog Beds: 2-3 weeks
Wall Art: 2-3 weeks

How will my order be delivered?

If you ordered a headboard, dining table or wide ledge bed, your item will arrive by freight. All freight deliveries are curbside only. Please be sure to have someone available to help you bring your packages into your home.

If you ordered a bed, a dog bed or wall art, your item will arrive by UPS or FedEx, no signature required. Unless you instruct us otherwise, your package will arrive with no signature required. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are not comfortable with your item being left at your door when you are not home, please contact us after placing your order, and we are happy to schedule your item to be delivered for signature only.

Please make sure that you are home when your item is scheduled to be delivered. Any packages returned to us for lack of signature will require additional payment to have your item reshipped.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

Upon delivery please inspect your items for damage. If you see damage, please refuse the shipment and have it returned back to us for repair or replacement.

If you don’t noticed damage until you unpack your items, please take a picture of the damage and contact us immediately at peacelovewood@gmx.com.

You must keep the original packaging. We may ask that you repack your item in the original packaging and we will arrange for your item to be shipped back to us for repair or replacement. If you do not keep the original packaging we cannot receive the item back and cannot repair or replace your damaged piece.

Can I return my purchase?

For non-custom items, you have 7 days from the receipt of your order to return it to us. Return shipment will be paid by you and all items must be received by us in new, unused, undamaged condition before a full refund will be issued.

 *** This is an all wood product. Wood is not perfect by nature, therefore, there may be minor imperfections.
